I have 2. Blue & Orange. Phenomenal pieces of gear. Using them for skiing, climbing Ranier and backpacking. Exceptionally lightweight, high quality and solid looking.

6’ and 180 lbs. Large is perfect fit as stand alone or for layering.

Tsurigi means a sword in the Japanese language.
And there is Mt. Tsurugidake, means the sword mountain, in Toyama, Japan.

A katana has one blade.
A tsurugi has two blades.

I wanted a great looking jacket that could double up for wearing in the mountains and for a ski trip to Europe. I only wanted to bring one jacket that could hopefully do it all. The Tsurugi was amazing. The loose fit was super stylish and surprisingly breathable. I never overheated and had room for layers on the cold days. The front slash pocket took some getting used to, but the more I wore it the more I got used to the vent/pocket system. A futuristic look with ample length.
